- அறிவில் சிறந்தவர்கள் கூடிய அவையில், தம் அறிவின் ஒளி வெளிப்படும்படி தெளிவாகப் பேச வேண்டும். அறிவு குறைந்தவர்கள் முன்னிலையில், வெண்மையான சுண்ணாம்பு போல ஒன்றும் அறியாதவர் போல அமைதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும். 'வெளியார்' என்பது அறிவில் வெறுமையானவர்களைக் குறிக்கிறது. புரிந்துகொள்ள முடியாதவர்களிடம் அறிவைக் காட்டிக்கொள்வதால் பயன் இல்லை.
