- நல்லவர்கள் கூடிய அவையில் நல்ல கருத்துகளை மனத்தில் பதியும்படி சொல்லும் திறமை உடையவர்கள், கீழ்மக்கள் கூடிய அவையில் மறந்தும்கூட அவற்றைப் பேசக்கூடாது. 'புல்லவை' என்பது இழிந்தவர்களின் கூட்டம். மதிக்கத் தெரியாதவர்களிடம் நல்லதைச் சொன்னால் அது இகழ்ச்சிக்கே உள்ளாகும்.
