- கற்றவர்கள் முன்னிலையில் தாம் கற்றவற்றை அவர்கள் உள்ளம் ஏற்கும்படி எடுத்துச் சொல்ல வேண்டும். அதே வேளையில், தம்மைவிட மிகுதியாகக் கற்றவர்களிடமிருந்து தாம் அறியாத மேலான கருத்துகளைக் கேட்டுக் கற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவையில் பேசுவதும் பிறர் சொல்வதைக் கேட்பதும் இணைந்தே ஒருவரின் அறிவை வளர்க்கின்றன.
