- துன்பங்களில் எல்லாம் பெரிய துன்பம் பகை உணர்வு. அந்தப் பகை அழிந்துவிட்டால், இன்பங்களில் எல்லாம் பெரிய இன்பம் கிடைக்கும். பிறர் மீது வெறுப்பைச் சுமந்துகொண்டிருப்பவர் தமக்குத் தாமே வலியைத் தேடிக்கொள்கிறார்; அதை விட்டுவிட்டால் மனம் இலேசாகி உண்மையான மகிழ்ச்சி பிறக்கும்.
