- தன் கடமையையும் தன் மதிப்பையும் பொருட்படுத்தாமல், மனைவியின் மீதான ஆசையிலேயே மூழ்கியிருப்பவனுக்கு வரும் செல்வமும் வளர்ச்சியும் அவனுக்குப் பெருமை தராது. மாறாக, அது பெரிய வெட்கத்தையே உண்டாக்கும். அவனைச் சார்ந்தவர்களும் பிறர் முன் தலைகுனிய நேரும்.
