- உடலில் உணவைச் செரிக்க வைக்கும் வயிற்றுத் தீயின் அளவை எண்ணிப் பார்க்காமல், அறிவின்றி மிகுதியாக உண்பவனுக்கு அளவில்லாத நோய்கள் வந்து சேரும். இங்கே 'தீ' என்பது செரிக்கும் ஆற்றலைக் குறிக்கிறது. ஒவ்வொருவரும் தம் செரிமான வலிமைக்கு ஏற்பவே உணவின் அளவை அமைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
