- கற்றறிந்த மருத்துவர், நோயுற்றவரின் வயது, உடல் வலிமை போன்ற நிலையையும், நோயின் தன்மையையும் அளவையும், மருத்துவம் செய்வதற்கு ஏற்ற காலத்தையும் நன்கு எண்ணிப் பார்த்தே மருத்துவம் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஒரே நோயாக இருந்தாலும் ஆளுக்கு ஆள், காலத்துக்குக் காலம் மருத்துவம் மாறுபடலாம் என்பதே இதன் கருத்து.
