Chennai: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Tuesday said Tamil Nadu’s “journey of achievements” would continue as long as people remain united and stand together in one line.
Stalin shared on social media a video posted by a person speaking about the DMK government’s schemes. In the clip, the speaker says they had never voted for the DMK before, but plan to vote for the party in 2026, citing the initiatives introduced under Stalin.
The speaker also claims that even cancelling one of the schemes would trigger a “revolution” in Tamil Nadu, highlighting the perceived public support for the government’s programmes.
Quoting the video, Stalin said it served as proof that he had kept a promise made after taking office: to deliver governance that not only satisfies those who voted for him, but also makes those who did not vote feel they missed an opportunity.
He reiterated that unity would ensure the continuation of the state’s achievements and that Tamil Nadu would keep walking on the path of development.
