The Delhi High Court has issued an interim order directing Nakkheeran media to remove videos and articles described as defamatory against Isha Foundation and its founder Sadhguru.

According to the report, Isha Foundation had filed a case in 2024 seeking removal of the content and a restraint on publishing similar material in the future. An interim application was also moved, and the matter was heard in December, after which the court reserved its order.

The interim direction was passed on Wednesday, instructing the takedown of the disputed and controversial content published by Nakkheeran about Isha Foundation and Sadhguru.

In a statement, Isha Foundation welcomed the court’s interim order and alleged that certain media outlets and individuals were spreading false and defamatory accusations without evidence to mislead the public.

The foundation said it has been working for public well-being and social development for over three decades, and added that it would continue to pursue legal action against those responsible, while asserting that such allegations would not hinder its work.
