Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has challenged BJP chief ministers and Union ministers who are set to visit the state for campaigning in support of BJP and its alliance candidates.

In a social media post, Stalin asked whether the visiting leaders would answer a series of questions “openly” while standing on Tamil soil. He questioned if they would campaign by declaring that they would implement the three-language policy.

He also sought clarity on financial allocations, asking how much funding Tamil Nadu receives compared with BJP-ruled states, and whether the leaders were prepared to disclose the figures transparently.

Stalin further raised the issue of amendments to the FCRA law, asking whether the BJP would fully withdraw the changes that, he alleged, target Christian charitable organisations, or move to pass them as early as next week.

He also questioned whether AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami could secure answers from his “Delhi owners”, and urged BJP leaders to focus on people’s livelihood rights instead of what he called baseless slander. Stalin added that Tamil Nadu would not bow down, regardless of how many come from Delhi, and said the state would fight and win.
