Chennai: The BJP has launched a new social media campaign titled “Dark Sides of Vidiyal Ministers”, targeting ministers of the ruling DMK.
According to the party, the video series compiles details about each minister from the time they joined the DMK, including allegations, cases and controversies in which they were said to have been involved.
BJP functionaries said the campaign follows their earlier release of “DMK Files”, which presented asset lists of DMK ministers and drew public attention.
The first video in the new series reportedly focuses on former minister Ponmudy, and the party said videos on other ministers would be released in the coming days.
Meanwhile, BJP national president Nitin Nabin is scheduled to campaign in Tamil Nadu on April 12 and 13 in support of the party’s candidates, including those contesting from Madurai South, Sattur, Ramanathapuram, Thanjavur, Aranthangi and Gandarvakottai.
