Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Friday expressed strong confidence that the DMK-led alliance would register a sweeping victory across all 234 Assembly constituencies.
Speaking to reporters after canvassing for votes during a walk in Iluppur, Pudukkottai district, Stalin said the current political climate and what he described as a public upsurge indicated a landslide outcome.
He also took aim at AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS), claiming he was speaking out of frustration and that the DMK was not concerned about such remarks.
Stalin further alleged that the AIADMK had become dependent on Delhi and said that, in his view, it was Delhi that was running the party’s affairs. He added that the DMK would continue focusing on its work, reiterating his belief that all 234 seats were within reach.
