New Delhi: The two-part film series Durandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, has crossed Rs 3,000 crore in worldwide box office collections, setting a new benchmark. According to the report, this is the first time an Indian film franchise has surpassed the figure.

The sequel, titled Durandhar: The Revenge, released worldwide last Thursday. While the first part touched upon Pakistan’s terror underworld, the second part is said to connect multiple themes with contemporary incidents, prompting viewers to reflect more directly.
