Arvind Kejriwal, leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and former Chief Minister of Delhi, is set to campaign in Tamil Nadu in support of the DMK-led alliance.

According to the report, Kejriwal shares a close friendship with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin. Earlier, talks were held seeking an assembly seat allocation for AAP within the DMK alliance, but the DMK declined.

Despite that, AAP cadres in Tamil Nadu have been campaigning for the DMK alliance. Kejriwal’s visit is aimed at mobilising support for the alliance candidates.

He is scheduled to be in Chennai on April 20 and 21, where he will participate in a roadshow and address a public meeting.
