Union Minister and BJP candidate L Murugan continued his election campaign in the Avinashi Assembly constituency ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls scheduled for April 23.
During his outreach, Murugan met residents in person, interacted with them and listened to their requests, according to the campaign update.
In a social media post on April 15, he said the enthusiastic welcome from the people of Avinashi confirms the victory of the National Democratic Alliance under the BJP’s lotus symbol.
He added that as part of the day’s campaign, he visited the areas of Naduvacheri, Karukkankadu and Marappampalayam, where he held discussions with the public and sought votes for the NDA.
