Chennai: Union Minister Piyush Goyal, who is also the BJP’s in-charge for Tamil Nadu, called for the DMK-Congress alliance to be voted out, alleging it has “ruined” the state.

With the Tamil Nadu Assembly election scheduled for April 23, political parties have intensified campaigning across the state. As part of the outreach, Goyal shared a 29-second AI-generated video on social media in support of the AIADMK-led NDA alliance.

In his post, Goyal cited issues such as an increase in milk prices, higher electricity tariffs, alleged sand smuggling, and alleged irregularities linked to TASMAC. He urged voters to back the NDA, describing it as a path to change.

The post forms part of the ongoing campaign messaging as parties seek to consolidate support ahead of polling day.
