Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin took a morning walk in Kodaikanal on Saturday (April 26), drawing attention from residents who gathered to take selfies with him.
With polling for the Tamil Nadu Assembly election completed, the Chief Minister has travelled to Kodaikanal for a brief break along with his wife Durga Stalin. He is staying at a private star hotel in the Pambarpuram area.
DMK cadres welcomed him at various points in the hill station. Officials said Stalin is expected to remain in Kodaikanal until April 29.
Security has been tightened around the hotel where he is staying. Drone flights have also been prohibited in the Kodaikanal town area until the Chief Minister returns to Chennai.
