Meeting in Coimbatore
The BJP’s national organisation general secretary B.L. Santhosh and national co-incharge Sudhakar Reddy held a direct interaction in Coimbatore with 27 candidates who contested the Assembly election on the party’s ticket.
State leadership present
The meeting was chaired by BJP Tamil Nadu president Nainar Nagendran. State treasurer S.R. Sekar delivered an introductory address and shared details about the discussion.

During the interaction, the 27 candidates presented their assessment of the political situation before and after the election, citing figures and data to support their views.
Guidance for vote-counting day
Santhosh and Reddy explained the responsibilities candidates should undertake on the day of vote counting. They also appealed for full cooperation from party office-bearers and leaders during the counting process.
Party says national focus on Tamil Nadu
According to BJP functionaries, the national leadership is closely watching developments in Tamil Nadu and paying special attention. They said the meeting was organised to convey candidates’ feedback directly to the party leadership.
