Chennai: DMK leader M.K. Stalin on Thursday appealed to students who did not clear the Class 12 public examination not to lose heart.

In a statement, he congratulated all students who passed this year’s exam, noting that 95.2% of candidates were declared successful. He said he was pleased to hear that the pass count was higher than last year.

Stalin urged students to focus on higher studies and continue working towards progress in life.

Addressing those who could not pass this time, he said they should remain confident, make use of the next opportunities available to them, and move forward, adding that education is a key support for success in life.
