Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s private secretary Senthilkumar met Governor R N Arlekar and held discussions, according to reports.
Sources said the meeting included deliberations on portfolio-related details. The talks also touched upon a possible expansion of the Tamil Nadu cabinet in the near future.
The development has fuelled expectations that changes in the state’s ministerial set-up could be announced soon.
No official statement on the timing or the names likely to be included in the expansion was issued at the time of reporting.
