DMK leader and former Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Monday said that it is not possible to deceive everyone at all times.
In a statement issued in Chennai, Stalin referred to a report published by an English-language newspaper about election campaigning.
Quoting a well-known maxim, he said that many people can be fooled for some time, and some people can be fooled for a long time.
However, he added, it is not possible to fool everyone all the time.
