AIADMK deputy general secretary K P Munusamy has issued a rebuttal to a claim made by Minister Nirmal Kumar regarding Chief Minister Vijay.
According to the minister, Vijay had sought an appointment to meet AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS). Munusamy responded to this statement, questioning the narrative being projected.
In his remarks, Munusamy also took a swipe at Vijay, alleging that he had occupied the “chief minister’s chair” without making sacrifices.
The exchange adds to the ongoing political sparring between the ruling side and the AIADMK, with leaders trading claims and counter-claims in public.
