BJP Minority Morcha national secretary Vellore Ibrahim and others met officials at the Chennai Waqf Board office and submitted a petition seeking action to recover Waqf properties.
According to the petition, several Waqf Board assets are allegedly being encroached upon and misappropriated, and the group urged authorities to take steps to reclaim them.
The representation was made directly to Waqf Board office officials in Chennai, calling for measures to safeguard the properties and prevent further loss.
