DMK leader M.K. Stalin on Friday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister Vijay, escalating the political face-off between DMK and TVK.
Speaking in Chennai, Stalin said the public needs “protection” from the TVK administration, signalling a direct challenge to the ruling side.
He also questioned Vijay’s recent trip to Delhi, asking whether it was aimed at escaping a legal case.
The remarks come amid heightened political sparring in Tamil Nadu, with both sides trading allegations in public forums.
The Dinamalar TV video, dated June 13, 2026, captured Stalin’s comments as the DMK stepped up its criticism of the TVK government.
