Tamil Nadu will release a white paper on the state’s financial position at 5.30 pm on June 16, according to an official announcement.
Finance Minister Mariyavilson is scheduled to unveil the document at the Secretariat in Chennai.
Chief Minister Vijay had earlier said, during the swearing-in ceremony, that a white paper would be prepared after reviewing the financial status of all departments, the state’s debt burden, and the functioning of the previous administration.
The release on Monday evening is expected to present the findings of that review in a consolidated form.
