Former BJP leader Annamalai, who has launched a new political outfit named ‘We the Leaders’ after leaving the party, released his first podcast video on Tuesday.
In the podcast, Annamalai spoke on a range of issues and said that 18 lakh people have joined his movement so far.
When asked about this claim, BJP Tamil Nadu state president Nagendran responded to the media, offering his remarks on Annamalai and the new organisation.
The exchange has added fresh attention to the political churn following Annamalai’s exit from the BJP and the launch of his new platform.
