Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on an overseas tour, met chief executives of several companies in Paris on Wednesday.

Modi had travelled to France as part of a three-nation visit and also took part in the G7 summit held in France. After completing the summit engagements, he arrived in Paris, where he received a warm welcome.

Following his arrival, the Prime Minister held discussions with business leaders, including Benoit Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Saint-Gobain; Martin Vaujour, CEO of Alstom; Arthur Mensch, CEO and co-founder of Mistral; and Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM Group.

The Prime Minister is also scheduled to participate in the VivaTech technology conference alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.
