Persistent heavy rain across parts of Maharashtra and New Delhi has disrupted daily movement, with road traffic facing severe congestion in several areas.
Amid the continuing poor weather, airlines have advised the public to check their travel plans online in advance and stay updated on last-minute operational changes.
Air India issued a notice specifically for passengers travelling to and from Mumbai and Delhi, asking them to verify the latest status and final updates of their flights before starting for the airport.
The airline said airport teams are ready to assist travellers who may be affected by weather-related disruptions.
Earlier, reports said that due to heavy rain in Delhi, services of 10 domestic and five international flights were cancelled.
