TVK leader Vijay visited his Perambur constituency for the first time after becoming Chief Minister, according to a Dinamalar TV report.
During the visit, he inaugurated an MLA office that includes an e-Sevai centre and inspected the facilities.
As part of the launch, Vijay presented the first certificate issued through the e-Sevai centre to a beneficiary.
