New Delhi: RSS senior leader Indresh Kumar has alleged that the protests linked to the Karapanpoochchi Janata movement are being influenced by forces operating both within India and abroad.

In an interview, Kumar said the issue around the NEET examination was initially raised by opposition parties, but later, he claimed, it was diverted for political purposes.

Addressing young people participating in the protests, he asserted that certain countries do not want India to emerge as a strong nation with robust educational resources, and instead seek to weaken the country.

Kumar appealed to protesting students to step back from the agitation and contribute to the nation’s development. He pointed to the growth of thousands of startups as an example of India becoming a model for the world.

He also cautioned the younger generation that even if they cannot do something beneficial, they should not disrupt or damage what is being built, he said.
