A petition has been filed in the Madras High Court challenging the election-related disclosures of former Chief Minister MK Stalin, who contested from the Kolathur Assembly constituency.
According to the petition, advocate Thirugnanasambandhan has alleged that certain details were not fully disclosed in Stalin’s nomination papers submitted during the Assembly election.
The plea specifically claims that information linked to a DMK trust and asset particulars were concealed in the affidavit accompanying the nomination.
The matter has been brought before the High Court as an election petition, seeking judicial scrutiny of the alleged non-disclosure.
