Prime Minister Narendra Modi has welcomed the Public Examinations Amendment Bill after it was passed in both Houses of Parliament.
In a video message, Modi said the Union government has been taking various measures continuously to ensure a trustworthy and reliable examination system.
The remarks came as the bill cleared the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, with the government projecting it as part of efforts to strengthen the integrity of public examinations.
