Former DMK minister Senthil Balaji and his brother Ashok have received relief in a case related to alleged “horse-trading” involving TVK MLAs, according to a Dinamalar TV report.
Police had registered a case against the two in connection with the allegations. Following this, they obtained anticipatory bail with conditions.
As part of the bail terms, both were required to appear at the Triplicane police station twice a day—morning and evening—to sign in.
The report said the latest development has brought them relief, as the court order eased the burden of the earlier conditions.
