A wedding in Kerala has drawn public attention after twin brothers married twin sisters in a rare, closely matched ceremony.
Akhil and Nikhil, twin sons of Kunjumon Thomas and Jomol, tied the knot with Maghi and Maria, twin daughters of Domichan and Marykutty from Pathanamthitta district. The event stood out for the symmetry of the families involved.
Adding to the uniqueness, the marriage service was officiated by twin priests, Bento and Bejo. The church ceremony also had twin boys, Jeron and Johan, serving as assistants.
The brides said the idea of twin-to-twin marriages had been a childhood dream for them, and that their parents and relatives supported it. They described the occasion as a memorable experience that would stay with them for life and as a moment that reminds people of goodness and unity.
