Tensions between the United States and Iran have reportedly intensified, with Iran said to have issued threats against US President Donald Trump. Against this backdrop, a report has surfaced describing unusual security measures taken during Trump’s travel from Turkey.
According to the account, Trump had travelled to Ankara for a NATO summit in a newly refurbished jet said to have been donated by Qatar. Before departing Ankara, he was seen by the media boarding Air Force One, but the aircraft did not take off.
After journalists left the area, Trump was allegedly moved discreetly in a catering vehicle to another aircraft. He then reportedly flew from Turkey to the United Kingdom on a C-32A military plane, accompanied by Defence Secretary Hegseth and Secret Service personnel.
The report further said Trump later returned safely to the United States. Separately, journalists and some White House staff who travelled on the older Air Force One without Trump were reportedly asked to keep the windows covered.
