New Delhi: Rajya Sabha MPs have been nominated to various AIIMS hospitals across the country and to several statutory bodies and committees of the Union government.
In Tamil Nadu, AIADMK Rajya Sabha MP Inbadurai has been appointed as an administrative member of the Madurai AIIMS hospital.
Similar nominations have also been made to bodies such as the Central Silk Board and the council of the National Institute of Food Technology, among others.
In addition, DMK MP Siva and BJP MP Sugendu Sekhar Ray have been nominated as members of Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee. The Rajya Sabha Secretariat issued the announcements.
