Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a meeting in Delhi with the BJP’s newly appointed national in-charges, as the party begins work with its refreshed organisational team.

The new set of 65 national in-charges has been appointed under BJP national president Nitin Nabin, with the stated aim of strengthening the party’s structure. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia and former RSS functionary Ram Madhav have been named as national vice-presidents.

The first meeting of the new office-bearers took place at the BJP national headquarters in Delhi. Modi arrived at the headquarters to participate in the discussions and was welcomed by Nitin Nabin. The Prime Minister also posed for a group photograph with the new national functionaries.

During the interaction, Modi heard issues related to the Gen Z generation and spoke about steps needed to address them. In a post on X, he said the meeting discussed ideas and future plans to strengthen the party and build closer engagement with the public.
