New Delhi: Pakistan is reportedly providing financial support to rebuild terrorist camps that were damaged during India’s “Operation Sindoor”, according to information that has surfaced.
The report reiterates India’s long-standing allegation that Pakistan enables terrorist groups through funding, training and recruitment, even as Islamabad publicly denies any links. It also claims militants continue to operate openly in Pakistan.
India launched Operation Sindoor in response to a terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir. During the operation, the Indian Army carried out strikes on terrorists and their camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), with the report claiming hundreds of militants were killed and multiple camps were heavily damaged.
The latest information says Jaish-e-Mohammed is now restoring those facilities. It alleges Pakistan has sanctioned 250 million rupees (in Pakistani currency) to revive such outfits, including 110 million rupees specifically for camp reconstruction.
Photos have also reportedly emerged showing rebuilding work under way, including the refurbishment of residential blocks and training areas used by the group, with heavy machinery deployed at the sites.
