IndianOil has rolled out a new delivery initiative for its 10-kg “Indane Extralite Now” cooking gas cylinder, promising doorstep delivery within four hours of registration in select locations.
The scheme has been launched in Chennai, Chengalpattu, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli and Puducherry, and is also being implemented in districts including Tiruppur. The company said the service is aimed at faster fulfilment for customers opting for the new cylinder.
IndianOil currently supplies 14.2-kg LPG cylinders for domestic use and 19-kg cylinders for commercial use. Domestic refills are typically delivered within three to four days after booking.
The 10-kg Extralite Now is a newly introduced composite cylinder that has been brought into distribution across major cities, including Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. The four-hour delivery model for this cylinder began in July.
Customers who require the new cylinder have been asked to place their booking through IndianOil’s mobile application.
