Chennai: AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami has conveyed greetings to Dinamalar on the newspaper completing 75 years.
In his message, Palaniswami said the daily has long followed a principle of publishing news rooted in truth, trust and unity, and noted that it has been in circulation since the beginning of the 20th century.
He said he was pleased that the 75th anniversary commemorative postal stamp release function was held in a special manner.
Palaniswami also highlighted that Vice President C P Radhakrishnan released the stamp, calling it a notable occasion.
He wished Dinamalar to continue publishing news with neutrality for many more centuries, the statement said.
