Report points to coordinated plan

A report has suggested that Iran may be preparing a large-scale attack on Israel by coordinating its own forces with allied groups across the region.

Allies named in the report

According to The Jerusalem Post, Iran is said to be aligning with Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, Hamas in Palestine, and Iran-backed groups operating in Iraq and Syria, alongside its own military units.

Consultations reportedly held

The report claims senior officials from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Quds Force have held a series of consultations with leaders of Hezbollah and other Iran-aligned organisations to shape the plan.

Rebuilding and joint exercises

It also said Iran is working to restore military infrastructure damaged in confrontations involving the US and Israel, while conducting joint exercises with its allied groups.
