A video featuring Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay riding in a race car with actor and racer Ajith Kumar has been released from London’s Silverstone circuit.
During his London visit, Vijay flagged off a car race at Silverstone, where Ajith Kumar was among the participants. Reports said the two met warmly at the venue, exchanged greetings and posed for photographs.
They also exchanged gifts. Vijay presented Ajith with a miniature racing car bearing a handwritten note addressed to him, while Ajith gifted Vijay a helmet.
In the 2.53-minute clip shared by Vijay on X, he is seen interacting with organisers and drivers to learn about the race cars. He later tries driving a race-car model and, wearing protective racing gear, takes a ride with Ajith, with the two shaking hands and celebrating the moment.
The video also shows Vijay cheering as Ajith’s car speeds off, and the duo posing with the national flag at the end of the visit.
