DMK has announced that its annual ‘Mupperum Vizha’ will be held on September 19 (Saturday) under the leadership of party president M.K. Stalin.
The event was earlier scheduled for September 15 at Anna Arivalayam, the party’s headquarters in Chennai. However, it was postponed after Stalin developed a viral fever, DMK general secretary Duraimurugan had said.
In a statement issued on September 17, the party said the rescheduled programme will take place at Anna Arivalayam at around 5.00 pm on September 19.
The party had earlier indicated that the revised date would be announced later, and has now confirmed the new schedule through its latest release.
