Chennai’s private hospital treating Kolathur MLA V.S. Babu has issued a fresh update on his condition, saying he remains under intensive observation.
According to the hospital, the MLA was admitted on September 9 after he developed severe breathlessness. He has been receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a private facility in Aminjikarai.
In its latest statement, the hospital said his health is being closely monitored by a team of multiple medical specialists.
The hospital added that there has been improvement in his condition and that his body is responding positively to the ongoing treatment.
