A young man in Delhi carried out what he described as a “social experiment” by covering his face, dressing like a woman and riding a scooter late at night. He later posted a video recounting his experiences, which has since sparked widespread discussion online.
In the video, he says the outing left him with experiences that made him regret attempting the test. He claims several men tried to talk to him, some approached as if to collide with his vehicle, and a few even followed him.
He adds that the final two hours were the most disturbing, alleging that men he encountered—including auto drivers and cyclists—behaved in an intimidating manner. The youth concludes that women travelling alone at night in Delhi do not have adequate safety.
