The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced a fresh set of organisational appointments for several states and Union Territories. The orders were issued by BJP national president Nitin Nabin.
As part of the reshuffle, Ram Madhav has been appointed as the party’s in-charge for Tamil Nadu. Nirmal Kumar Surana and D.K. Aruna have been named as joint in-charges for the state.
The party also named K. Surendran as the in-charge for the Union Territory of Puducherry. For Andhra Pradesh, Arvind Bhadoria has been appointed as in-charge, while Vanathi Srinivasan from Tamil Nadu has been appointed as joint in-charge.
In other southern appointments, Harish Dwivedi has been named in-charge for Karnataka, and M. Nagaraja for Kerala, with Venkatesan appointed as joint in-charge for Kerala. Sunil Bansal has been appointed as the in-charge for Telangana.
The BJP said similar in-charge and joint in-charge appointments have been made for other states and Union Territories as well.
