An IndiGo passenger flight operating from London to Delhi made an emergency return to Heathrow Airport after a technical snag was reported during the journey.
The aircraft had departed Heathrow as scheduled and was en route to Delhi when the pilot noticed the technical problem while the flight was in the air.
Following the detection, the pilot turned the aircraft back and landed it safely at Heathrow within about one-and-a-half hours.
IndiGo has not yet issued an official statement on the nature of the technical issue or details about the passengers, according to the report.
