An Indian entrepreneur running a human resources company in the United Arab Emirates surprised employees with individual gift boxes, sparking wide attention online.
According to the report, the boxes initially differed: around half of the staff found an iPhone inside, while the remaining employees received chocolates.
The moment took a turn when the company owner’s wife, Haseena, arrived and decided to give iPhones to those who had received only chocolates, making the gifts uniform for everyone.
In a message shared about the gesture, Haseena said she believes real success comes from employees’ dedication, a positive mindset and collective strength, adding that every effort, idea and contribution matters and that employees are the company’s strength.
Social media users have been praising the move and the message highlighting staff contributions.
