Chief Minister Vijay received an enthusiastic welcome from the public throughout his journey in Madurai, according to a Dinamalar TV report.
The visit followed the launch of the “Thaymaman Gold Ring” scheme in the city. The report said people gathered along the route and greeted him with loud cheers.
After the programme, the Chief Minister proceeded to the Meenakshi Amman Temple. The video noted that the reception continued as he headed to the temple.
