Senior Tamil Nadu BJP leader Tamilisai has alleged that money is playing a decisive role in the by-elections in Madurantakam and Dharapuram.
Speaking on the issue, she claimed that voters are being given cash in connection with the polls, describing it as a return of a “cash-for-vote” culture.
Tamilisai further alleged that the move is aimed at protecting the government and retaining power.
